Sales and Marketing Manager

Qualification:

To over-see the day to day operations of the Sales and Marketing Department where its key thrust involves Brand Management and Product Development.

Male or Female
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management
Must have at least 3-5 years work-related experience in a food industry on which 2 years is in a supervisory capacity.
Highly analytical and able to identify issues, determines alternative courses of action and chart the best course of action.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Possess a well-rounded pleasant personality.
Ability to negotiate effectively by optimizing benefits for the company.
Must be very creative – product concepts, designs, marketing strategies.
Has the ability to influence and persuade others and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
In good health condition.
Computer Literate
Willing to work in Valenzuela City.
