FOREIGN business delegations are participating in the 38th Philippine Business Conference and Exposition (PBCE), organized by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), at the Historic Landmark Manila Hotel on October 10-12, 2012, to explore partnerships with their Filipino counterparts from various sectors. The delegations are composed of business leaders and traders from Russia, Turkey, Oman, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and Iraq, and other countries. President Benigno S. Aquino is Guest of Honor and Keynote Speaker. The 38th PBCE, with the theme “One Global Filipino. Investments and Governance: Pillars of Economic Growth,” gathers together key decision makers, industry sectors, local chamber constituents, industry associations, and business councils for plenary discussions, business forums, and networking sessions. A highlight of the conference is the submission to President Aquino of PCCI’s list of policy recommendations and other initiatives prepared by regional chapters.
